The Dobyns-Bennett Marching Band and the Kingsport Convention and Visitors Bureau is proud to host the Second Annual Tennessee Valley Showcase Marching Band competition. The competition will be held Saturday, October 18th, 2008 at Dobyns-Bennett High School in Kingsport, TN.
